The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Friday reported no new COVID-19 cases in Ellis County had been identified since Wednesday.

The University of Kansas Health System on Friday said HaysMed reported its first active patient in more than a week.&nbsp;

Since reporting began, there have been 3,760 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 73 coronavirus-related deaths.
