Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County
Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County is seeking housing applications for a home in Ellis County.
Qualified applicants must meet income guidelines listed on the website, sweat equity requirements and partner with Habitat.
“Our local affiliate is pleased to be purchasing a home and placing another Habitat family this year! It’s a great opportunity for anyone that’s wanting to put some roots down here, ” Leslie Wyatt, executive director, said.
Applications for the home can be found at www.hfhec.org under "Own a Home."
Habitat homeowners pay no interest or low interest on a 30 year mortgage.
Applications are due by Oct. 15 and a new Habitat family will be in their house by the end of November.
