Fort Hays Tech | North Central (formerly known as NCK Tech) is proud to announce a significant increase in fall enrollment for the 2024 academic year.

The overall headcount has risen by 3.10%, a testament to the college’s ongoing commitment to providing quality education and fostering student success.

Additionally, the full-time equivalent (FTE) enrollment saw a 2.7% increase, demonstrating a sustained demand for full-time coursework and academic programs.

The school has seen an 11.5% increase in enrollment during the last five years. The state's technical colleges saw a 5.3% increase overall.

One of the most notable achievements this fall is the substantial growth in high school concurrent and dual enrollment programs.

High school concurrent headcount soared by 29.36%, while dual enrollment for high school students increased by an impressive 30.5%.

This surge reflects the college’s expanding partnerships with area high schools and its dedication to providing early access to college-level coursework, helping students accelerate their academic journeys.
