A man was arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching two minor individuals.
According to court records, Henry Junior Montiel allegedly engaged in lewd fondling or touching of a minor around the age of 15 on or about March 19.
Court records said Montiel also allegedly touched another individual, around the age of 17, without consent that same day.
Montiel was arrested on requested charges of an alleged aggravated incident involving liberties with a child and sexual battery. Both incidents occurred in Ellis County, according to court records.
Montiel was booked into the Ellis County Jail on March 20. His first appearance in court is set for April 21.
