Harold Edward and Mary Nadine (Jennings) Stoney.
Jerry grew up in Bartley, NE where he helped his dad on the farm.
He graduated from Bartley High School in 1969. After high school he got
a job at Reese Construction where he worked for 14 years. He then
married Wanita Mosier on April 24, 1976 in Oberlin, KS and together they
had two sons. While starting a family Jerry wanted to get a more
locale job so he started working for Decatur County Road and Bridge in

sports. In his spare time, he loved to garden and had quite the green
thumb. He would also help anyone who needed it at any time. Jerry was a
quiet and gentle soul who will be missed by many.
