Louise Neumann, age 73, of Ellis, KS 
died Monday, November 16, 2020, at the Good Samaritan Society – Ellis.&nbsp; 
She was born July 7, 1947, in Lawrence, KS to John and Loretta (Gross) 
Purdy.

Louise met and married Richard Neumann 
in 1968 in Hays, KS.&nbsp; She was a graduate of Marion High School and 
furthered her education at Ft. Hays State University, earning a master’s
 degree in education.

She was a passionate reader and enjoyed spending time with her children, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children:&nbsp; Aaron
 Neumann of Ellis, KS; Brett Neumann (Sarah Taillon) of Aurora, CO; 
Grandchildren:&nbsp; Cayle, Aiden, Brady, and Olivia; and two brothers.&nbsp; She 
was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two brothers.

Family services will be held in Ellis and she will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Mount Hope Cemetery – Ellis, KS.
