HaysMed is pleased to announce the addition of two highly skilled heart specialists to its Cardiology Department at the DeBakey Heart Institute. With Dr. Travis Haneke and Dr. Jacob Morgan, HaysMed continues its mission to offer the best possible care for patients, ensuring access to advanced and specialized treatments in western Kansas.
Haneke grew up in Sylvia, completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University and earned his medical degree from The University of Kansas School of Medicine.
Haneke trained in internal medicine and cardiology at Baylor Scott & White in Texas and specialized in interventional cardiology at the University of Nebraska.
Morgan is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in heart rhythm disorders (electrophysiology). He completed his internal medicine and cardiology training at The University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. Morgan then pursued advanced training in electrophysiology at Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
