ACCESS Public Transportation provides transportation services to residents of Hays and Ellis County. Due to budget limitations, there will be a reduction in the hours of service for ACCESS Public Transportation.

Effective July 1, 2026, ACCESS Public Transportation will no longer be offering Sunday service in the city of Hays. ACCESS Public Transportation will continue to operate our normal hours Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to serving the residents of Hays and Ellis County in the future.
