HAYS - The Hays High boys golf team tied Dodge City through 18 holes at Monday's Bob Blazer/Hays High Invitational at Smoky Hill Country Club. Both teams shot a 325 but Dodge City's fifth man score was lower so they win the tiebreaker.
The Indians placed two in the top-10. Caleb Thompson was fourth with a 6-over-par 77 and Braiden Bickle eighth with an 80.
Garden City's Maddix Shook won the individual title with an even-par 71.
