The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Friday reported three new&nbsp; COVID-19 cases in Ellis County since Wednesday.

As of Friday, the University of Kansas Health System reported two COVID-19 inpatients at HaysMed, one active and one recovering.

Since reporting began, there have been 3,747 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 71 coronavirus-related deaths — the last of which was reported on March 10.
