The Hays USD 489 school board will consider bids for property north of the Felten Elementary School.

The  7.23 acres were appraised at $630,000. Bids were due to the school district by March 4.

The board reserved the right to reject any bids.

The board will also consider approving language updates to administrators' and directors' contracts and extensions to those contracts.

Superintendent Ron Wilson will give an update on the O'Loughlin Elementary School construction project.
