Verlin J. Schmidtberger, age 80, former Hays, Kansas, resident died Saturday, September 24, 2022, in Joplin, Missouri.
He was born August 23, 1942, to Acquilinus “Ike” and Albertina (Sander)Schmidtberger. He married JoAnn (Waldschmidt) on May 22, 1965, in Hays, Kansas and she preceded him in death on June 2, 2016.
