EMPORIA – TMP-Marian freshman Brynn Schoepf brings home All-State honors from the 3-1A girls’ State Golf Tournament at the Emporia Municipal Golf Course.

Shoepf shot an opening round 93 on Monday to advance to Tuesday’s second round where she fired an 88 for a two-round total of 181 which tied 14th place.

Jenna Brull also qualified for day-two after an opening round 93 on Monday. Brull shot a 99 Tuesday and finished in 35th place.

Rawlins County’s Amelia Bowles followed up her opening round 71 with a 76 and won the individual title by one shot over Collegiate’s Margareth Ulrich. Haley Wade of Prairie View placed third.

St. Mary’s Colgan our of Pittsburg won the team title in a playoff over Silver Lake. Both had a 718 team total. Goodland placed third with a 734.
