GRAHAM COUNTY—On person was injured in an accident just after 9:30p.m. Friday in Graham County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2016 Ford Explorer driven by Jeremy D. Hoard, 45, Hill City, was northbound on U.S. 283 approximately 12 miles north of Interstate 70. The SUV struck a deer that entered the roadway .
EMS transported a passenger in the SUV Hoard, Crystal R. Hoard, 48, Hill City to the Graham County Hospital. Jeremy Hoard was not injured. Both were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
