A public hearing will be held Wed., Feb. 10 by the Hays Area Board of Zoning Appeals at 8:15 a.m. in the commission chambers at Hays City Hall, 1507 Main.

The requests for a public hearing comes from Jesse Zimmerman for a five-foot variance in height of an accessory structure, an increase from the allowable 21 feet to 26 feet, at 2901 Cottonwood Lane.
