RUSSELL — The Russell County Area Community Foundation has awarded $52,734 in grants to organizations that benefit the Russell County area, including support for education, public health and the arts. Funding comes from the Helen Hampl Student Aid Fund, USD 407 Appleseed Fund, Kansas Health Foundation Russell Health Fund and the Dane G. Hansen Foundation.
