Bonfire:
At Sunset on Thursday, Oct. 10, Hays High will have its annual bonfire. It will be in the field adjacent to the Hays High student parking lot at the front of the school. The ONLY entrance into the parking lot will be off of 13th st. Please park in the designated areas. The bonfire will conclude after a short program
Assembly:.
At noon on Friday, Oct. 11 all alumni are welcome to attend this years Hays High Homecoming Showcase Assembly, we will be celebrating the past and celebrating the present of Hays High. Music will be presented by the HHS Chamber Singers, under the direction of Mr. Alex Underwood
After the Assembly will be an Alumni lunch in the HHS Cafeteria. For more information and cost please contact Laura Hertel: 785-623-0101
Parade:
The Parade will take place on Oct. 11 and will go down Main St. starting at 16th St and proceeding to Fifth St.
The Line-Up will start at 4 p.m., and the parade will start at 5 p.m.
The Hays High StuCo is pleased to recognize Dustin Armbruster as this year’s Parade Grand Marshal. Armruster was selected for not only his presence on the radio for Hays High Athletic events, but also his excellence across the air waves as recognized with his Hod Humiston award in 2024.
"We appreciate all the amazing work Dustin does for the Hays High Athletic Department but also the amazing work he does here in the Hays community and as a great husband to Wendy and father to his 3 daughters," a press release said.
