Annabelle McCabe, age 91, of Hays, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023, at HaysMed. She was born July 19, 1931, in Hays to Annas and Victoria (Meis) Pfannenstiel. She is survived by sons, Thomas Wasinger and wife Christine, and John Wasinger and wife Theresa all of Hays as well as numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
