The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Wednesday reported COVID-19 clusters identified in northwest Kansas.

The following clusters were noted in Wednesday's coronavirus update (case count indicates cases in the last 14 days):

•&nbsp;Norton Correctional Facility: 19 cases •&nbsp;Larned State Hospital: 14 cases •&nbsp;Rush County Memorial Hospital ISB Unit, La Crosse: 11 cases •&nbsp;Russell Regional Hospital: 12 cases •&nbsp;La Crosse USD 395: 9 cases

There are currently 275 active COVID-19 clusters accounting for 4,616 cases, 61 hospitalizations and 52 deaths, KDHE reported.
