Lucille Ann (Krein) Reynolds, 94, passed away July 31, 2021, at the Bethany Home in LIndsborg, Kansas. She was born February 4, 1927, in Phillips County, Kansas to Walter and Sophia (Grauerholz) Krein. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John Lutheran Church in Kensington, Kansas. She married Thomas Reynolds on November 29, 1959, in Philipsburg, Kansas. She received her nurse's aide certificate in 1968 and was employed at the Smith County Memorial Hospital, Smith Center, Kansas. She lived most of her life in Smith Center and Osborne, Kansas. On November 24, 2014, she moved to Bethany Home in Lindsborg, Kansas, along with her cat, Blackie, where she resided until her death.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, sister and brother-in-law, Delores and Bill VanWey of Red Cloud, Nebraska, brother-in-law Jim Jones of Wood Village, Oregon, and sister-in-law Barbara Krein of Connell, Washington.
She is survived by 2 sons, Gary Reynolds and wife June of Beloit, Kansas, and Roger Reynolds of Junction City, Kansas, as well as sister Norma Jones of Wood Village, Oregon, 3 brothers Don Krein of Connell, Washington, Elmer Krein and wife Dorothy of Connell, Washington, and Harvey Krein and wife Evelyn of Salina, Kansas, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
