 Rebecca L. “Becky” Robben of Victoria, Kansas passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Hays Medical Center.

She was born September 19, 1965, to John L. and Eileen (Herman) Brungardt.  She married Mark F. Robben on August 31,1985, in Victoria.

Becky worked at St. John’s Nursing Home in Victoria for 22 years in housekeeping and the kitchen.  She was a very friendly and outgoing person and enjoyed her years at St. John’s.  Due to her illness she retired early and has been homebound for the last 20 plus years. 

She grew up in Victoria, and was a 1984 graduate of Victoria High School, and was a member of The Basilica of Saint Fidelis.  She enjoyed baking, loved raising her son, Cole, and had a special place in her heart for Mark and Cole.  Becky always liked getting together with her family.  

Becky is survived by her husband, Mark F. Robben, of the home; her son, Cole Robben, of the home; her mother, Eileen Brungardt, Hays, KS; her siblings, Tammy Brungardt and husband, Bret Berger, Dodge City, KS; Russell, Brungardt, Allen, TX; her mother-in-law, Doris Robben, Victoria, KS; her brother-in-law, Louie Robben, Vincent, KS; her sister-in-law, Connie Linder and husband, Roger, Ellis, KS; her nieces and nephews, Taylor Meder; John Brungardt and wife, Lauren; Victoria Brungardt; Jerad Linder and wife, Jamie; Dustin Linder and wife, Megan; Sam  Linder; her great niece Arya Linder; and her great nephew, Ryker Linder.

She was preceded in death by her father, John L. Brungardt; her father-in-law, Charles Robben; her grandparents, Leo F. and Mary V. (Kuhn) Brungardt; and Henry and Bertha (Dreiling) Herman.   

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00  A.M. Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at The Basilica of Saint Fidelis, 900 Cathedral Ave. Victoria, Kansas with Celebrant, Father Curtis Carlson O.F.M. Cap.

A Vigil Service and Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. led by Deacon Charbel Allen at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary Victoria, Kansas.

Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary and from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, at The Basilica of Saint Fidelis.

 The family suggests memorials made payable to: Saint Fidelis Cemetery Fund or The Basilica of Saint Fidelis in care of Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary, 412 Main Street, Victoria, Kansas 67671.
