The Hays High School Debate and Forensics teams will host a Halloween Carnival on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hays High School. 

The family-friendly event will feature carnival games with prizes, food trucks, a bake sale, trunk or treat, karaoke and a Thriller dance-off. 

Costumes are encouraged for all ages. Proceeds from the event support tournament travel and competition fees for Hays High speech and debate students.
