HUTCHINSON - The Hutchinson-based Climate + Energy Project (CEP) is excited to announce a new program that will begin in 2023:
The Wind Energy Advisory Group.
The goals of this group include broadening the knowledge base of Kansans in order to increase their confidence in conversations about wind energy, and to help CEP staff recognize opportunities for wind energy outreach and education throughout the state.
Through this advisory group, members will hear from subject matter experts in order to expand knowledge of various aspects of wind energy, connect with wind energy champions throughout the state, and identify action steps and ways to engage with their communities.
We are searching for Kansans who are curious about clean energy and feel passionately about connecting with their community to join this advisory group.
Applicants of all backgrounds and interest in climate or clean energy are encouraged to apply.
