Phillipsburg resident, Linda Blubaugh, passed away on June 18, 2024, at the Phillips County Hospital, in Phillipsburg, Kansas, at the age of 78.
Linda was born on August 22, 1945, in Phillips County, Kansas, to her parents Lewis and Lois (Jaenicke) Krouse.
She was united in marriage to Dan Blubaugh on October 15, 1966, in the St. John’s Catholic Church in Logan, Kansas.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents Lewis and Lois Krouse, and brother Dennis Krouse.
Survivors include her husband Dan of Phillipsburg, Kansas, and son Troy Blubaugh of Beloit, Kansas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024, at the St. Philip and James Catholic Church in Phillipsburg, Kansas, with Father John Schmeidler officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Logan, Kansas.
Linda will lie in state on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. on Sunday evening at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, in Phillipsburg, Kansas.
Memorials may be made to the St. Philip and James Catholic Church or the Wounded Warrior Project.
