Phillipsburg resident Dale Edgar Cotten passed away July 10, 2020, at the Logan Manor in Logan, KS at the age of 60.&nbsp; He was born July 18, 1959, in Logan, the son of Warren &amp; Eugenia (Ashley) Cotten.

Survivors include his sons: Shawn &amp; Steve of Phillipsburg; his brother, Bob of Goodland; 2 sisters, Phyllis Backus of Colby &amp; Irene Elliott of Lenora &amp; 2 grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen.&nbsp; A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 18 at 11:00 a.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Blake Stanwood officiating.&nbsp; The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page. &nbsp;

&nbsp;Visitation will be from noon to 9:00 Friday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 7:00 Friday evening.&nbsp;

Memorial contributions may be made to his grandchildren’s education fund or to the Logan Manor.
