KSRE cover crops virtual seminar offered Dec. 1

Kansas State Research and Extension agents and specialists will hold a cover crops webinar Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.

 Extension specialists DeAnn Presley, Peter Tomlinson and Jaymelynn Farney will discuss topics covering the benefits of cover crops in both livestock and crop production systems.  

Topics include how to deal with establishment challenges, cover crop utilization in livestock grazing systems, and recommended seed selection for central Kansas.

This meeting is open to anyone interested in cover crop production regardless of where they live.
