Early Childhood Connections in Hays is sponsoring a Facebook Live Event this Thursday, October 15, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The discussion will address, acknowledge and normalize much of the adversity, emotions, and thoughts we have experienced as a result of COVID-19.
At the core of many of these challenges is the uncertainty. We will discuss some general ideas for coping with these adversities as well as anticipating and adapting for the future. One main focus will be finding what works for you and whoever you are connected with.
Josh Tanguay is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist in Hays. He provides individual, family, and group therapies to address the mental health needs of children and families.
