Belinda Kay Bernhardt died unexpectedly in in her home on August 25, 2020, in Smith Center, Kansas, at the age of 65.
Belinda was born on November 30, 1954, in Hannibal, Missouri. Her
family remembers her as a unique and old soul who encouraged them to be
themselves in life, rather than being content with fitting in. Belinda
was accomplished at living freely and often had many wild stories to
tell. She was a unique individual who loved being a “hippie” at heart
and who was passionate about her loved ones.
Belinda is survived by son, Frank Hollenback of Manitou, CO.;
granddaughter, Brionna Hollenback of Smith Center, Kansas; Grandson,
Chris Hoferica of Chicago, IL; Grandson, Mason Bannister of Grand
Island, NE; Nicole Pirotte of Phillipsburg, KS; Shylin Bannister of
Phillipsburg, KS; and Alexis Chavez of Wichita, KS. Belinda is also
survived by two great granddaughters, Kynlee Pirotte of Phillipsburg,
KS; and Zayva Beach of Wichita, KS.
She is preceded in death by son Robert Bannister, JR ; son Clyde Bannister; and son Raymond Bannister.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, August 28th, 2020 at 4:00PM, at The Shepherd’s Table.
