⚽ FHSU women receive votes in top 25 poll for third straight week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Fort Hays State Women's Soccer received votes in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll for the third straight week on Tuesday . The Tigers are one of 11 teams listed in the receiving votes section. The Tigers finished the regular season with an overall record of 12-3-3, producing their most wins in a regular season since 2016.

The Tigers prepare for MIAA Tournament play this week, hosting Northeastern State in the opening round on Friday night (Nov. 3) at FHSU Soccer Stadium. The advancing team moves on to the semifinals at Stryker Soccer Complex in Wichita, Kansas the following Thursday (Nov. 9).The MIAA has two teams among the Top 25 of the poll. Washburn enters this week at No. 8, while Central Missouri occupies the No. 17 spot.

This is the third straight season the FHSU women have at least received votes in the national poll. The Tigers were among the Top 25 last year, reaching as high as No. 22.Below is the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll for October 31, 2023.
