Spring has sprung and activities and events in Hays are slowly returning to normal after more than a year of the coronavirus pandemic.

Local high schools and colleges will celebrate graduations and commencement ceremonies this month.

The Downtown Hays Market will open its 2021 season on May 29, the same day the Hays Aquatic Park opens.

Janet Kuhn, Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) convention sales manager,&nbsp; has some of the highlights in May.
