HAYS - Three Hays Larks pitchers combined on a no-hitter and Dylan Dreiling drove in six runs to lead the Larks to a 24-0 rout of the Colorado Tribe in a non-league game Sunday night at Larks Park.
C Grimsley pitched the first three innings, striking out seven of the 12 batters he faced. B Luikart pitched the next two frames and allowed two walks. P Tabor pitched the final inning and struckout two and walked one.
Ben Fierenzi and Dylan Dreiling both had three of the Larks 21 hits. Dreiling hit a grand slam and and drove in six runs. Cam Brown and Ben Baker-Livingston also homered. Tyler LaRue had four RBIs.
The Larks and Tribe conclude the two-game non-league series Monday at 7:30 p.m.
