GARDEN CITY – The Hays High girls’ tennis team tied for
third place at Saturday’s Garden City Invitational. The Indians scored 63
points which tied with Colby. The host Buffaloes won their own tournament with
89 points, Dodge City finished second with 84.

The Doubles team of Danica Scheve and Kayler Wellbrock went 3-1
and placed second. Morgen Berry and Ava Neil finished 2-2 and placed seventh in
Doubles.

In Singles play, Katrina Delimont finished 2-2 and placed 11th.
Brittnee Leiker went 1-3 and finished 14th.
