The Kansas Department of Transportation has started a field survey for a proposed project to replace the bridge over Spring Creek along U.S. 24 in Graham County.

The bridge is located approximately 3 miles east of the K-18 junction. Survey activities include the use of survey instruments on the ground to determine locations of existing features within the survey corridor. KDOT expects work to be complete by mid-June.

Crews will contact property owners or tenants for permission to enter private property if access is needed. Brent Thompson of BHC will oversee the survey for KDOT.
