Both Agiliti and Sizewise announced on their websites Tuesday that Agiliti has made an agreement with Sizewise to purchase the company for $230 million.

A news release on both sites said the transaction will be an all-cash stock purchase. The transaction is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2021, the news release said.

Sizewise is&nbsp;a manufacturer and distributor of specialty hospital beds, surfaces and patient handling equipment. Sizewise has headquarters in Ellis and Lenexa.

Agiliti provides medical equipment, management and service solutions. It has more than 3,000 employees. It's corporate headquarters are in Minneapolis.
