First Care Clinic, Inc. , Hays, is pleased to announce the addition of Marie Haycook, nurse practitioner, to its medical team as a Primary Care Provider. She brings experience providing care in a rural clinic setting and has a strong background in managing chronic health conditions. Her passion for improving access to quality healthcare in rural communities aligns closely with First Care Clinic’s mission of serving patients across the region.
Marie earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Fort Hays State University and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
As a provider at First Care Clinic, Marie will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families in the community. Her advanced education and clinical training reflect a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services and improving patient outcomes.

Marie will be accepting new patients of all ages, at the 22nd Street location in Hays, beginning in July. She is especially passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
