A public hearing will be held Wed., Nov. 4 during the regular meeting of the Hays Area Board of Zoning Appeals.
Hays USD 489/Overland Property Group Stonepost Loft Partners is requesting a flood plain regulation variance for the former Washington grade school at 305 Main Street.
The vacated building is being sold by the school district to Overland Property Group for development into apartments.
The board will also hear zoning request for a wall sign request by the Hays Community Theatre at 121 E. 8th Street.
