NESS COUNTY—A Kansas woman died in an accident just after 2p.m. Wednesday in Ness County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Toyota pickup driven by Cynthia C. Goding, 69, Hanston, was northbound on U.S. 283 two miles south of Kansas 96 Highway.
The vehicle went left of center, entered the west ditch, struck a culvert at 110 Road. and rolled into the northwest ditch.
EMS transported Goding to the Ness County Hospital where she was pronounced dead. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
