πŸ‘ŸWentling claims a pair of titles; TMP boys T7th in 3A

WICHITA – The TMP-Marian boys had three individual medal winners and one relay team finish in the top eight on their way to a tie for seventh place at the 3A state track and field championship at Cessna Stadium in Wichita.

TMP senior Jace Wentling defended his 3A boys long jump championship (22-08.50) and claimed the 3A triple jump championship (44-09.00) for the Monarchs.

Kade Harris finished eighth for TMP in the 200 meter dash (24.76).

The boys 4x100 meter relay team placed third (44.06).

The TMP girls finished in a tie for 21st as a team with three individual medal winners.

Freshman Shaylee Gottschalk finished third in the 200 meter dash (15.51), Kassidi Yost was fourth in the high jump (5-04.00) and Emma Basgall placed eighth in the long jump (15-10.25).
