The Ellis County Public Works Road &amp; Bridge Division is announcing that an&nbsp;asphalt overlay project will be taking place on Hall Street, between 48th and 55th&nbsp;Street&nbsp;on Thursday, August 13.

The road will be closed to&nbsp;through traffic. The project is expected to be completed the same day.
