 </figure>By BECKY KISER Hays PostThe Hays Area Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Wednesday to hear two requests for public hearings.Hays USD 489 and Overland Property Group Stonepost Lofts Partners are asking for a floodplain variance for the former Washington Grade School&nbsp; at 305 Main Street.The building is listed as an historic property.The school district plans to sell the facility to Overland Property Group&nbsp; which will turn it into apartments.&nbsp;Hays Community Theatre is also asking for a public hearing regarding variance in wall signs on its building at 121 E. Eighth.The meeting starts at 8:15 a.m. in Hays City Hall.&nbsp;The complete agenda is below:<figure>
