Beginning Friday, March 21, 2025, Morgan Brothers Construction will begin pavement reconstruction in the alley between E 7th &amp; 8th Street, just off Oak Street. See attached map for location. The alley will remain open but closed at the construction site section until further notice. The City of Hays regrets any inconvenience this may cause to the public.
