The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Monday reported just one new case of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County since Friday.

As of Monday, the University of Kansas Health System reported one COVID-19 inpatient at HaysMed in the active phase.

Since reporting began, there have been 3,735 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 71 coronavirus-related deaths — the last of which was reported on March 10.

NOTE:&nbsp;KDHE revised the death total Friday and again Monday, lowering the figure by two.
