Eldon Dean Borger

Eldon Dean Borger, 64, passed away December 9, 2021, at his home in Jetmore.

He was born May 23, 1957, in Ransom, Kansas, the son of Terry G. and Darlene D. Edwards Borger.  A lifetime area resident, he worked in the oilfield all his life, loved farming, racing and used to race a sprint car #51.

He was of the Baptist Faith.

On June 20, 1980, he married Debra DeAnn Myers in Jetmore. She survives

Survivors include: his children, Michelle Borger, Jetmore, Melissa (Craig) Amrein, Hays, Chris Borger, Ness City, Brooke (Jacob) Begler, Ellis, Rebecca (Jacob) Dreiling, Ellis; brother, Dale (Vonda) Borger, Jetmore; eight grandchildren, Quentin Baker, Kaitlyn Baker, Alexus Amrein, Aiden Amrein, Archer Amrein, Grayson Begler, Harper Begler and Chevelle Borger and two great grandchildren, Stella Baker and Emrynn Garrison.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021,  at United Presbyterian Church, Jetmore, with Pastor Rod McMillan presiding.  Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2021, at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore.  Burial will follow in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
