Arlene Esther Miller, 92, passed away on June 18, 2021 at Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas. She was born on October 23, 1928 in Ness City, Kansas the daughter of Harvey and Kathryn (Nonnast) Musbach.
She was a lifetime resident of Ness City, a member of the First Baptist Church, and was a homemaker. She graduated from Ness City High School and worked at the ASCS office in Ness City where she met her future husband. She married Frank X. Miller on November 13, 1949, in Ness City, Kansas. Frank preceded her in death on January 2, 2012
Arlene is survived by her two sons, Kent and Chris Miller of Beloit, and Kirk and Lois Miller of LaCrosse; one daughter, Annette and Dan Frey of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and 7 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Zach, Matthew, Sarah, Katie, and Max; and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; son, Kirby Miller; brother, Alan and Mina Musbach; two sisters, Irene and Ralph Stenzel and Vi and Earl Burditt; and a half sister, Grace Etzweiler.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, Ness City, Kansas. Burial in the Ness City Cemetery. Friends may call at Fitzgerald Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the First Baptist Church.
