PHILLIPS COUNTY — Kansas 383 has been shut down while emergency responders remove an overturned semi on the historically dangerous roadway.
The accident occurred about 1 p.m. Tuesday in Phillips County, according to Kirby Ross of the Phillips County Review.
The highway is closed from Long Island east and west from U.S. 183, the Phillips County Sheriff's Office reported, adding there were no injuries.
The sheriff's office reported the closure could last "several hours."
