Thomas More Prep-Marian High
Hays Catholic Schools and Thomas More Prep-Marian High School are pleased to announce the candidates for Prom Royalty for the 2026 Prom, which will be held on Saturday, May 2, at the Fox Theatre in downtown Hays.
The following students have been nominated as candidates:
Ava Schumacher and Damian Schmidt Ava is the daughter of Steve and Leann ’83 (Gottschalk) Schumacher. Damian is the son of the late Jason Schmidt and Keith ’76 and Janice Schmidt.
Elizabeth Quakenbush and Eli Stein Elizabeth is the daughter of Daniel and Julie Quakenbush. Eli is the son of Jason and Rebecca Stein.
Morgan Greenwood and Blaise Staab Morgan is the daughter of Timothy ’92 and Teresa Greenwood. Blaise is the son of Nathan ’02 and Cynthia Staab.
Reghan Byer and Preston Mermis Reghan is the daughter of Chris and Stephanie Byer. Preston is the son of Keith and Jennifer ’92 Mermis.
Alyssa Church and Connor Breit Alyssa is the daughter of Bryan and Amy Church. Connor is the son of Aaron ’04 and Jami ’06 (Brull) Breit.
