David 'Dave' Eugene Hafliger, 77, passed away on September 18, 2025, at Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. He was born on April 6, 1948, in Hays, KS, to Calvin and Willa (Gordon) Hafliger. He graduated with the Class of 1966 from Trego Community High School.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Ogallah Christian Church, 305 Centre St., Ogallah, KS 67656.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the David Hafliger Memorial Fund and sent to Schmitt Funeral Home, 336 N. 12th St., WaKeeney, KS 67672.
