Beginning Monday, 23rd Street will be closed at Canal Blvd. in Hays for the reconstruction of pavement in that area.

Canal Blvd. will be restricted to one-way southbound traffic between 21st and 27th Street.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Construction is expected to last several weeks.
