The Hays Board of Realtors has announced it is partnering with the National Association of Realtors Realtor Relief Foundation to assist individuals and families who were displaced from their primary residence from the recent wildfires.
Hays Board of Realtors President John Holub and Association Executive Amy Rohr along with a committee of the Hays Board of Realtors are currently working with displaced families to complete necessary applications and processes to receive assistance from the Foundation. Individuals and families have been identified by working closely with County Emergency Management offices in Trego, Ellis and Russell counties.
The National Association of Realtors Realtor Relief Foundation is designed to assist homeowners who have been displaced by natural disasters and is funded by donations from Realtors nationwide.
