JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Just after 8:30a.m. Dec. 31, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a vehicle stop for traffic infractions on U.S. Hwy 75 near 150th on a Dodge Charger, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
The Deputy arrested the driver, Destiny Marie Hibbs, 31, of Holton.
Hibbs was booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of cocaine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
